sarah + ryan {country barn wedding / wisconsin wedding photographer}

Sarah & Ryan first met at a CRU (Campus Crusades for Christ) ice cream social event, and it was after this that they continued to keep running into each other.  Their relationship grew from here and everything just fell into place for these two.  It was meant to be.  Fast forward to one snowy winter night - Ryan took Sarah back to the same exact location where they had first met for the ice cream social.  It happened to be a CRU night and Ryan asked Sarah if she wanted to go.  When they got there, Ryan had two individual served Ben & Jerry's ice cream containers that he pulled out of the snow.  He handed Sarah one and when she opened it, there inside was the most beautiful ring.  Ryan then got down on one knee and proposed - and of course, Sarah said yes!

This past summer, Ryan was sent overseas for ROTC and he was able to return home a few days before, just in time to marry his beautiful bride!  And without a doubt, these two had the most incredible day with their friends and family (and their super fun wedding party)!  Sarah and Ryan both love the outdoors and the country so they knew they wanted to plan a wedding around this - and they found the perfect spot to hold their reception at Granaries Barn in Menomonie.  From mason jars and paper lanterns, to cowgirl boots and a horse drawn carriage…  they had the most perfect country celebration!  Sarah and Ryan's incredible families helped give a hand in any way they could to help make this day special and Sarah & Ryan could not have been more grateful for their love and support.

Sarah & Ryan - thank you so much for letting me capture this special time in your lives and I hope the small preview of images below tells the story of your amazing day!  I wish you all the love and happiness in the world!
