Angie & Chris - Wedding Album - Part I

Words cannot express how happy I am for my sister, Angie... She has found the man of her dreams and they were married on Sunday, September 5th, 2010.  I was asked by Angie to photograph her special day and with my love of photography I absolutely said YES!  Angie & Chris - it meant the world to me to be able to capture this moment of your lives.  And, Angie - you have never doubted me with my camera and this means more to me than you will ever know...

All in all, it was a gorgeous and meaningful day... The ceremony was held in a clover field that our late father had lived and farmed on his entire life... And the weather was perfect, which I have a feeling Dad helped with :)  Angie & Chris's vows were exchanged under a wooden trellis handmade by our uncle... guests sat on hay bales covered with handmade quilts, and each of the decorations were made by family & friends.  The day could not have been more special...

Thank you again, Angie & Chris, for letting me have such a special part in your day...
Angie's bouquet was simply stunning...

And the morning dewy light was incredible! I was SO excited to take pictures of Angie's dress...

Angie's shoes, and of course, Baby Charlie's, too :)

Baby Charlie watching 'mama' get ready for her big day...

and watching the rest of the ladies get their hair done with the help of the bride's sister, Melissa.

Angie handmade her own jewelry for the day, as well as for the maid of honor & flower girl!

And Monte & Madison did such a beautiful job with their roles as ring bearer and flower girl :)

Mom walked Angie down the aisle...

...and she carried a single rose bouquet in remembrance of Dad...
We love you, Dad & miss you so much...

Dad's rose laid upon his quilt... This quilt had been made for him during his time at Hope Lodge...

The ceremony included a balloon release which was an incredible sight...

Look closely... The maroon balloons make a "smiley face"...

As you will see, I adore ring shots :)

To Be Continued...
